PRIVACY BY ARCHITECTURE
We avoid third-party SaaS for internal communications, customer support, or identity management. Our stack focuses on self-hosted, encrypted end-to-end, under our sole control.
All internal communications, player data at rest, and data in transit are encrypted using keys we control. No vendor holds our encryption material.
Customer support, internal messaging, file storage, and identity management all run on hardware we own and operate. No data touches a third-party SaaS provider (except for payment and fraud systems where needed).
Player data never flows to external analytics platforms, advertising networks, or data brokers. Where information *has* to be shared, we only share psueodo-anonomised data. What happens on our platform stays on our infrastructure.
We select data processors and jurisdictions based on sovereignty standards, and we do not share data with advertising networks or third-party brokers.
